A Bit About the Folks on
the Hill
We are a
retail store in the village of Lomira, Wisconsin. Lomira is located
alongside Highway 41, eleven miles south of Fond du lac, forty miles north of
Milwaukee. We deal in Hunting, Fishing, Archery, and Target Sports
products. We like our products and love what they represent and allow
you (and us) to do.
Bills has been at this locations since the early
1950's. Previous to that time this store had been a post office and then an appliance store.
Bills began as a fishing and bait shop in 1953. A couple of years later, the
local hardware store went out of the gun business, and we jumped into
it. In about 1962 the first building addition was made, the next in the
late 1960's. In the 1970's more floor space was added, and our second newest
addition was added in July of 2000. This addition has enabled us to
carry more firearms of various types than we ever have before. On June 15th of
this year we made some space we had into an indoor 3 lane archery range.
Frankly, we are trying to figure out what madness will possess us next year.
We now carry: Browning, Benelli, Franchi, Stoeger,
Remington, Winchester, Mossberg, Marlin, Beretta, Ruger, Sako, Tikka,
Weatherby, Colt, H&K, N.E.F., Glock, Kimber, Thompson Center, and about 20
other brands. Our Archery lines include Browning. PSE, Hi Country, and Reflex.
For Scopes we carry a lot of lines, Nikon, Leopold, Redfield, Bushnell, Zeiss,
Simmons , Tasco, Springfield and others.
We
could go on and on about what we have, but to summarize here: we are a hunting
fishing sport shop without a lot of gimmicks. We have reloaders and components
and loaded ammunitions as well as the tools to make them work (the
guns). We keep careful track of what we can and can't do as well as
trying to provide you our customer with as much real information's as is
possible. We service as well as sell. We like it here, and realize that
only thru making the customer happy, can we continue. We are also in a
constant state of evolution.
